Tommy’s of Beverly Hills

Tommy’s is a new and exciting restaurant in Beverly Hills. Having opened in the fall, it is located across the way from the Montage Hotel on Canon Drive in Beverly Hills.

Tommy Salvatore and Chef Vartan Abgaryan have done a beautiful job in presentation and fare in what used to be the space housed by “Bouchon”.

For our meal, we started with the Antipasti Platter and then shared the “Beets + Burrata” Salad, both of which honestly, could have been shared among four easily.

For our main, we split the “Cacio e Pepe” and the “Prime Ribeye Cap”. Then dessert and coffee were served as a gift from our server. We chose a delicious cheesecake. They also have a wonderful-looking “sundae bar”, served tableside, and I look forward to trying that another time.

There is jazz every evening in the lounge area of the restaurant and “wafts” of those beautiful sounds can be heard faintly in the restaurant. In addition, there is a more casual version of the restaurant, the “café”, located on the ground level, open each day until five.

I can’t wait to go back and try something else or being the creature of habit that I am, just have the same delicious meal again!

There is parking in the structure next door or wonderful valet service on the street.

I almost forgot just how beautiful that part of town is. I am so grateful for the gentle and delicious reminder.

Tommy’s is located at:

235 N Canon Drive

Beverly Hills, CA 90210
